1In a small saucepan, combine the Koikuchi Soy Sauce, Mirin, and Granulated Sugar. Heat over low flame, stirring constantly until the Granulated Sugar is fully dissolved and the glaze slightly thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
2Preheat a toaster oven or a grill pan to medium heat. Place the Kirimochi pieces directly on the grill rack or pan.
3Grill the Kirimochi for 5-7 minutes, or until they puff up, become soft, and develop a light golden-brown crust. Flip occasionally to ensure even cooking.
