1Thoroughly wash the fresh guavas. Carefully peel the skin from each guava and then cut them in half. Using a spoon, scoop out the seeds from the center of each guava half and discard them.
2Place the deseeded guavas into a blender. Add the whole milk, grated piloncillo, and Mexican cinnamon to the blender.
3Add the ice cubes to the blender. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no visible chunks.
