1Soak 1500g bone-in beef short ribs in cold water for at least 60 minutes, changing the water once or twice, to remove excess blood.
2Drain the bone-in beef short ribs. Place them in a large pot with 2000g of fresh Water. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat for 10 minutes, skimming any foam that rises.
3Drain the bone-in beef short ribs and rinse each piece thoroughly under cold running water to remove any impurities. Clean the pot.
