1Carefully transfer the Silken tofu into a heatproof bowl or steamer basket. Steam the Silken tofu over high heat for 10-12 minutes until heated through. Alternatively, gently warm in a microwave.
2While the Silken tofu steams, prepare the savory topping. In a small bowl, combine the Cornstarch with 30 grams of Water to create a slurry.
3Heat Cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the finely minced Ginger and finely minced Garlic, stir-frying until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
