1Combine 200 grams Glutinous rice flour with 160 grams Water (for dough) in a large bowl. Knead until a smooth, pliable dough forms. Adjust Water (for dough) or Glutinous rice flour slightly if needed to achieve the right consistency.
2Divide the glutinous rice dough into 12-16 equal portions. Roll each portion into a small ball, then gently flatten it into a disc about 0.5 cm thick.
3Heat 200 grams Rapeseed oil in a wok or deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches approximately 160-170°C. Carefully place the flattened glutinous rice dough discs into the hot Rapeseed oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
