3In a second bowl, combine another portion of 200 grams non-glutinous rice flour with 20 grams granulated sugar and 2 grams salt. Add 5 grams gardenia powder and gradually mix in 50 grams water until the mixture resembles coarse sand. Rub the mixture between your palms to ensure even moisture distribution, then sift it through a fine-mesh sieve.
