1Wash 100 grams of urad dal and 2 grams of fenugreek seeds thoroughly. Soak them together in sufficient water for 4-6 hours.
2In a separate bowl, soak 200 grams of idli rava in water for 30 minutes.
3Drain the soaked urad dal and fenugreek seeds. Grind them in a wet grinder or high-speed blender with minimal cold water until a very smooth, fluffy, and light batter is formed.
