1Preheat a dry pan over medium heat. Lightly roast the Walnuts, Pine nuts, Pumpkin seeds, Black sesame seeds, and White sesame seeds separately until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes each. Be careful not to burn them. Set aside to cool slightly.
2In a medium saucepan, combine the Granulated sugar, Jocheong, and Water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the Granulated sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture begins to simmer and thicken slightly. Add the Salt and stir until dissolved.
3Reduce the heat to low. Add the roasted Walnuts, Pine nuts, Pumpkin seeds, Black sesame seeds, White sesame seeds, and thinly sliced Jujube to the syrup mixture in the saucepan. Stir continuously with a heatproof spatula until all the nuts and seeds are evenly coated with the syrup, about 2-3 minutes.
