Prepare the mountain vegetables: In separate bowls, season the Gosari with 10g Soy sauce, 3g Minced garlic, and 5g Sesame oil. Season the Doraji with 10g Soy sauce, 3g Minced garlic, and 5g Sesame oil. Season the Chwinamul with 10g Soy sauce, 3g Minced garlic, and 10g Perilla oil.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the seasoned Gosari for 3-4 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside. Repeat for Doraji and Chwinamul, cooking each separately until tender.

Marinate the Beef sirloin with 10g Soy sauce, 3g Minced garlic, 5g Sesame oil, and 2g Black pepper for 10 minutes.
