In a large mixing bowl, combine Plain Yogurt, Ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Amchur Powder, crushed Kasuri Methi, Mustard Oil, and Salt. Mix thoroughly to form a smooth marinade.

Cut the Paneer into 2.5 cm cubes. Cut the Green Capsicum and Red Onion into 2.5 cm squares, separating the layers of the Red Onion.

Add the cubed Paneer, Green Capsicum squares, and Red Onion squares to the marinade. Gently toss to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
