1Soak the Almonds in hot water for 30 minutes, then drain and carefully peel their skins.
2Grind the peeled Almonds with 50 grams of Milk in a blender to form a very smooth, fine paste.
3In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring the remaining 950 grams of Milk to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
