Wash the Tomatoes thoroughly and chop them into small pieces. Set aside.
Heat the Sesame oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium heat.
Add the Mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add the Urad dal, Chana dal, and Fenugreek seeds. Fry until the dals turn golden brown.
