1Wash the Raw Rice thoroughly and soak it in Water for three days, changing the Water daily to prevent fermentation and souring.
2After three days, drain the Raw Rice completely and spread it on a clean cloth to air dry for 2-3 hours until it is just moist, not completely dry.
3Grind the partially dried Raw Rice into a very fine powder using a mixer grinder. Sieve the rice flour to remove any coarse particles, regrinding if necessary.
