1Pour the Full-fat milk into a heavy-bottomed, wide pan or kadai.
2Place the pan over medium-high heat and bring the Full-fat milk to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
3Once boiling, reduce the heat to low-medium and continue to simmer, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides of the pan to incorporate the milk solids back into the mixture.
