1In a small bowl, combine the Warm water, Sugar, and Dry active yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast is frothy, indicating it's active.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the Maida flour and Salt. Make a well in the center.
3Add the activated yeast mixture, Yogurt, and 30g of the Ghee to the well. Mix everything together, gradually incorporating the flour.
