1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Besan, Baking soda, Asafoetida, Carom seeds, Black pepper powder, Turmeric powder, and Salt. Mix well.
3Gradually add Water, a little at a time, and knead to form a stiff, firm dough. The dough should not be soft. Knead vigorously for 5-7 minutes until the dough is smooth and pliable.
