1Place the Fresh Chhena in a wide, shallow bowl or plate. Add Semolina, All-purpose flour, and Baking powder to the Fresh Chhena.
2Knead the mixture with the heel of your palm for 8-10 minutes until it becomes very smooth and pliable, forming a soft dough.
3In a separate heavy-bottomed pan, combine Granulated sugar and Water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the Granulated sugar dissolves completely.
