1Gently remove the Silken tofu from its package and place it on a plate lined with a paper towel or clean cloth to drain excess water for at least 10 minutes.
2While the Silken tofu drains, prepare the toppings. Finely slice the Scallion into thin rounds. Thinly slice the Myoga.
3Place the drained Silken tofu onto a serving plate.
