1Melt 150 grams of ghee in a large, heavy-bottomed pan over low heat. Add the atta flour and roast, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma, which typically takes 20-25 minutes. Transfer the roasted atta flour to a large mixing bowl.
2In the same pan, add 50 grams of ghee. Once hot, add the edible gum and fry until it puffs up and becomes crispy. Remove the fried edible gum, crush it lightly, and add it to the roasted atta flour.
3Add another 50 grams of ghee to the pan. Roast the almonds and cashews until they are lightly golden. Remove, chop them coarsely, and add them to the atta flour mixture.
