11. Prepare the sauce by combining Gochujang, Gochugaru, Soy sauce, Sesame oil, Rice vinegar, Granulated sugar, minced Garlic, and Toasted sesame seeds in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
22. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Carefully place the Large chicken egg into the boiling water and cook for 7-8 minutes for a firm yolk, or longer for fully hard-boiled. Once cooked, immediately transfer the egg to an ice bath to cool, then peel and slice in half.
