1. Prepare the sauce by combining Gochujang, Gochugaru, Soy sauce, Sesame oil, Rice vinegar, Granulated sugar, minced Garlic, and Toasted sesame seeds in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.

2. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Carefully place the Large chicken egg into the boiling water and cook for 7-8 minutes for a firm yolk, or longer for fully hard-boiled. Once cooked, immediately transfer the egg to an ice bath to cool, then peel and slice in half.

3. While the egg is cooking, prepare the fresh toppings. Thinly julienne the Cucumber. Slice the Kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
