1Rinse the Smoked tofu skin under cold water, then cut it into thin shreds approximately 5mm wide and 5cm long.
2Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the shredded Smoked tofu skin and blanch for 1-2 minutes until softened. Drain thoroughly and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking and cool it down. Squeeze out any excess water and set aside in a mixing bowl.
3Mince the Garlic finely. Chop the Scallion and Cilantro into small pieces.
