1Pat the Beef short ribs dry thoroughly with paper towels. If the ribs are very thick, make shallow crosshatch scores on both sides to help with cooking and seasoning absorption.
2Lightly sprinkle both sides of the Beef short ribs with Coarse sea salt and Black pepper. Drizzle with Sesame oil and gently rub it into the ribs.
3Prepare your grill (charcoal or gas) for medium-high heat. Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
