Drain the soaked ingredients. Peel the skin off the almonds.

Transfer the peeled almonds, soaked fennel seeds, soaked poppy seeds, soaked melon seeds, soaked black peppercorns, and soaked green cardamom to a grinding jar. Add 50 grams of cold full-fat milk and grind to a very smooth paste. Add more full-fat milk if needed to achieve a fine consistency.
