1Soak almonds, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, melon seeds, black peppercorns, and green cardamom in enough water to cover them for at least 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight.
2Drain the soaked ingredients. Peel the skin off the almonds.
3Transfer the peeled almonds, soaked fennel seeds, soaked poppy seeds, soaked melon seeds, soaked black peppercorns, and soaked green cardamom to a grinding jar. Add 50 grams of cold full-fat milk and grind to a very smooth paste. Add more full-fat milk if needed to achieve a fine consistency.
