Sift rice flour and besan into a large mixing bowl to ensure there are no lumps.
In a small pan, heat ghee until it is very hot but not smoking.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, cumin seeds, white sesame seeds, and salt to the sifted flours. Mix thoroughly with a spoon.
