1Rinse the dried yellow soybeans thoroughly and soak them in cold water for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight.
2Drain the soaked yellow soybeans and steam them in a steamer for 25-30 minutes until they are tender. Let the steamed yellow soybeans cool slightly.
3In a large mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, sugar, and salt.
