1Rinse the Beef brisket under cold water. Place the Beef brisket in a large pot with 2000g of Water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours until the Beef brisket is tender. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
2While the Beef brisket simmers, rinse the White rice thoroughly until the Water runs clear. Cook the White rice according to package instructions or in a rice cooker.
3Remove the cooked Beef brisket from the pot and let it cool slightly. Strain the beef broth through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any impurities. Set the broth aside.
