1Prepare the fruits: Peel and core the Pears, then cut them into quarters. Halve the fresh Figs and remove the stems. Halve the Apricots and remove the pits.
2In a large non-reactive pot, combine 750 grams of Granulated sugar with 750 grams of Water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the Granulated sugar is completely dissolved, to create a syrup.
3Add the prepared Pears, Figs, and Apricots to the boiling syrup. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
