1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Glutinous rice flour and Granulated sugar.
2Gradually add the Warm water to the flour mixture, mixing with chopsticks or a spoon until a shaggy dough forms. Then, knead the dough by hand for 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and pliable.
3Divide the dough into 10-12 equal portions, approximately 30 grams each.
