1Rinse 200 grams of Moong dal thoroughly and soak it in 100 grams of Water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
2Drain the soaked Moong dal completely and grind it into a coarse paste using a food processor or mixer grinder. Do not add extra water during grinding.
3Heat 150 grams of Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium-low heat.
