1Wash the Korean cucumber thoroughly. Slice the Korean cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons, about 0.3 cm thick.
2Place the sliced Korean cucumber in a bowl and sprinkle with Salt. Toss gently to coat all the slices evenly. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to draw out excess water.
3While the Korean cucumber is salting, mince the Garlic and finely chop the Green onion.
