11. Heat a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium heat. Add ghee.
22. Once the ghee is melted and hot, add the cashew nuts and fry until light golden brown. Remove the cashew nuts and set aside.
33. Add semolina to the remaining ghee in the pan. Roast the semolina on low to medium heat, stirring continuously, until it turns aromatic and light golden brown. This will take about 8-10 minutes. Ensure the semolina does not burn.
