Peel the Onions and slice them into 0.5 cm thick rings. Gently separate the onion rings and set aside.

To prepare the dipping sauce, combine the Soy sauce, Rice vinegar, Water, Sugar, Toasted sesame seeds, Gochugaru, Minced garlic, and Sesame oil in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the Wheat flour, Corn starch, Baking powder, Salt, and Black pepper.
