1Peel and cut the Young Jackfruit into 2.5 cm cubes. Boil the Young Jackfruit cubes in salted water for 10-12 minutes until partially tender. Drain and set aside.
2Peel and cut the Potatoes into similar 2.5 cm cubes.
3Heat 30g of Mustard oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat. Fry the boiled Young Jackfruit cubes until lightly golden brown. Remove and set aside.
