1Rinse Raw rice, 100g of Urad dal, and Fenugreek seeds together thoroughly. Soak them in 500g Water for 4-6 hours.
2Rinse the remaining 50g of Urad dal and Chana dal separately. Soak them in 100g Water for 30 minutes.
3Drain the Raw rice, 100g of Urad dal, and Fenugreek seeds. Grind them into a smooth batter using minimal Water, ensuring a fine consistency. Transfer the batter to a large bowl.
