Combine the Goat's milk, Piloncillo, and Mexican cinnamon stick in a large, heavy-bottomed pot.

Heat the mixture over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until the Piloncillo has completely dissolved.

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then immediately reduce the heat to medium-low.
