1Wash Toor dal thoroughly under running water until the water runs clear. Soak Toor dal for 15 minutes.
2Drain the soaked Toor dal and transfer it to a pressure cooker. Add Water, Turmeric, and Green chili.
3Close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 3-4 whistles on medium heat. Allow the pressure to release naturally.
