1To prepare the green chutney, combine Fresh Cilantro, Green Chillies, Ginger, Cumin Seeds, Lemon Juice, and 2 grams of Salt in a blender with a small amount of water. Blend until a smooth, thick chutney is formed. Set aside.
2In a bowl, gently mash or slice the boiled Potatoes. Season the Potatoes with Cumin Powder, Red Chili Powder, and 1 gram of Salt. Mix well.
