1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice flour and Urad dal flour.
2Add the Sesame seeds, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, and Salt to the flours. Mix well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
3Heat the Ghee until it is very hot but not smoking. Pour the hot Ghee over the flour mixture. Carefully mix with a spoon first, then rub the Ghee into the flour with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
