In a medium-sized non-stick pan, combine the Granulated sugar and Water. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the Granulated sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture forms a light syrup.

Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the Sesame oil.

Add the Puffed white rice to the pan with the syrup. Gently toss and fold the Puffed white rice using a spatula until each piece is lightly coated with the syrup.
