1Clean the dried prawns thoroughly under running water to remove any sand or impurities. Soak the dried prawns in warm water for 15 minutes to rehydrate slightly, then drain and pat dry. Roughly chop them if they are large.
2Heat a dry pan over medium heat and lightly roast the cleaned dried prawns for 3-5 minutes until fragrant and slightly crisp. Set aside to cool.
3In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh grated coconut, finely chopped red onion, finely chopped green chilies, and chopped fresh cilantro. Add the roasted dried prawns to this mixture.
