1Peel the jícama completely and cut it into rough cubes.
2Place the cubed jícama into a blender with 500 grams of water and blend until the mixture is smooth.
3Strain the jícama mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing down on the solids with a spoon or spatula to extract all the liquid. Discard the remaining jícama pulp.
