1Slice the Pork belly into 1cm thick pieces. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the sliced Pork belly, blanch for 2 minutes to remove impurities, then drain and set aside.
2Slice the Ginger and smash the Garlic. Chop the Scallion into small pieces for garnish later.
3If using dried Glass noodles, soak them in warm water for at least 30 minutes until soft, then drain.
