Rinse the Glutinous rice thoroughly until the water runs clear, then soak it in 300 grams of Water for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Drain the soaked Glutinous rice well. Prepare a steamer by bringing water to a boil. Place the drained Glutinous rice in a steamer basket lined with a damp cloth and steam for 30 minutes.

While the Glutinous rice is steaming, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine the Brown sugar, Soy sauce, 150 grams of Water, Sesame oil, Salt, and Cinnamon powder. Stir until the Brown sugar and Salt are fully dissolved.
