1Divide the Koshian into 6 equal portions, approximately 50g each. Shape each portion into a rectangular block, about 4cm x 3cm x 1.5cm.
2In a mixing bowl, combine the Wheat flour, Sugar, and Salt. Gradually add the Water while whisking until a smooth, thin batter forms. Ensure there are no lumps.
3Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle over medium-low heat. Lightly brush the surface with a small amount of Vegetable oil.
