1Clean and devein the Prawns. Marinate them with 2 grams of Turmeric powder and 3 grams of Salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2Heat Coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
3Add Curry leaves and Green chilies to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
