Rinse 300g of raw rice thoroughly and soak it in sufficient water for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Drain the soaked raw rice completely.

In a blender, combine the drained raw rice, 100g of cooked rice, and 50g of grated coconut. Add 200g of water and grind to a very smooth, fine batter. Add more water (up to 50g) if needed to achieve a smooth consistency, similar to a thin dosa batter.
