1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease and flour a 23 cm round baking pan.
2In a blender, combine the Fresh corn kernels, Mexican crema, Unsalted butter, Eggs, and Vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is mostly smooth but still has some texture from the corn.
3In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Masa harina, Granulated sugar, Baking powder, Ground Mexican cinnamon, and Fine sea salt.
