1In a large pot, combine 1500g water, dried kelp, and dried anchovies. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove and discard the dried kelp and dried anchovies, leaving a clear broth.
2Thoroughly clean the Fresh Sea Snails by scrubbing them under cold running water. If they are still in their shells, extract the meat and remove any internal organs or gritty parts, then rinse the Fresh Sea Snails meat.
3Peel and thinly slice the Korean Radish into matchsticks. Thinly slice the Zucchini into half-moons. Mince the Garlic. Chop the Green Onion into 2cm pieces.
