Hazırlanışı
1Heat 10 grams of ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add 200 grams of vermicelli and roast until golden brown, stirring continuously. Transfer the roasted vermicelli to a plate and set aside.
2In the same pan, add the remaining 20 grams of ghee. Once hot, add 5 grams of mustard seeds and let them splutter.
3Add 10 grams of urad dal and 10 grams of chana dal. Sauté until the dals turn light golden.
